What does Ordaily actually do with my emails?
Every three minutes Ordaily reads your inbox, classifies each email as Urgent, Priority, Must read or FYI, and drafts a reply in your tone for anything that needs one. Drafts sit in your dashboard for you to review and send. Nothing that goes to someone else, such as an email, a meeting invite or a message, is sent without your yes.
Is my data secure and private?
Yes. Your data is stored in an isolated tenant on infrastructure we host. All sensitive content is encrypted at rest with AES-256, all traffic is HTTPS, and Google connects by OAuth, so Ordaily never sees your password. Fireflies recaps reach Ordaily by email. Ordaily is built for POPIA, and you can request full deletion at any time. Details at /legal/privacy-policy.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time from your dashboard, no questions asked. Plans are billed monthly and stop at the end of the current cycle, and cancelling always stops the next renewal. Full terms are in our Refund Policy at /legal/refund-policy. You can export everything Ordaily has learned about your business before you go.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. You sign in with Google, answer a few onboarding questions about your business and your team, and Ordaily takes over. If you get stuck, message us on WhatsApp or email help@ordaily.ai and we’ll help.
Can it send an email without me?
No. Ordaily drafts each reply and shows it to you; nothing sends until you approve it. Every send waits for your explicit yes, with no exceptions and no auto-send setting to switch on.
What happens if it makes a mistake?
Most mistakes are caught before they happen: every send and booking waits for your explicit yes, so you review it first. If Ordaily is unsure or cannot do something, it tells you rather than guessing.
Can I see how much I have used?
Yes. Ask Ordaily on WhatsApp how much of your allowance you have used, and it tells you. It also lets you know when you reach 80%.
Does it work with Outlook as well as Gmail?
Yes, in beta. Ordaily works with Gmail and Google Calendar. You can connect your Outlook mail and Microsoft Calendar in beta. Microsoft Teams is in beta too. Lite covers one email and calendar account, Standard three connected email and calendar accounts, Premium (coming soon) five, and Enterprise is scoped with you.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
On every plan, Standard included, Ordaily sends you WhatsApp alerts for urgent emails, daily briefings, and meeting reminders. You can reply with a voice note or text. Ordaily turns it into an email draft, calendar event, or task. Everyone chats with the same official Ordaily number, and it matches each message to your account by your registered phone number. Reading WhatsApp groups (Lite Plus and above) uses a separate Ordaily group number.
Can I rename my assistant?
Yes. On every plan you can rename your assistant to anything. your initials, your company name, a character from a film. The dashboard, briefings, WhatsApp signatures and voice all switch over instantly.
What happens to my Second Brain if I cancel?
Before you cancel, you can export your entire Second Brain (every note, meeting summary, contact and decision) as a single ZIP. After cancellation we keep the vault for 7 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it. Ordaily does not keep long-term copies of what your integrations already hold: your mail, calendar and meeting data live at the source, and Ordaily looks further back on request rather than storing it. That means history beyond the window is reachable only while the integration stays connected. POPIA right-to-delete is honoured on request.
Where is my data stored?
Primary storage and daily encrypted backups are in Johannesburg, South Africa (jnb region). Your private WhatsApp chat with Ordaily runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform: Meta sees the messages sent and received through Ordaily’s number, phone numbers and delivery status. Unipile is used for WhatsApp groups only. AI processing runs on Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (voice transcription, voice synthesis and search indexing) and ElevenLabs, under their enterprise data agreements. Your content is never used to train any model.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your content is never used to train any AI model. Ordaily uses Claude (Anthropic) and ElevenLabs under enterprise data agreements that prohibit training on your data, and your emails, meetings and documents stay in your isolated tenant.
