Connecting Zoom to Ordaily

You connect Zoom from inside your Ordaily dashboard:

1. Sign in to your dashboard at dashboard.ordaily.ai.
2. Open Integrations and find Zoom.
3. Select Connect.
4. You are taken to Zoom’s authorization screen. Sign in to your Zoom account and approve the requested access.
5. You are returned to Ordaily, and the connection appears as active in your dashboard.

What Ordaily accesses

When you connect Zoom, Ordaily requests read-oriented access to your meeting information — meeting details and meeting assets — for the Zoom account you authorize. This information is used to support your assistant’s meeting summaries and briefings.

All access is on your behalf and limited to the account you connect. Your Zoom access tokens are stored encrypted on Ordaily-operated infrastructure, and are used only to provide the features described on this page.

Using the integration

Once Zoom is connected, Ordaily can reference your Zoom meetings in the briefings and meeting recaps it prepares for you — both on WhatsApp and in your dashboard. There is nothing else to set up; your assistant draws on the connection as part of its normal day-to-day summaries.

Removing the app

You can disconnect Zoom at any time, in either of two places:

From your Ordaily dashboard

• Open Integrations → Zoom → Disconnect.

From the Zoom App Marketplace

• Sign in at zoom.us and go to Solutions → Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps.
• Find Ordaily and select Remove.

Removing the app revokes Ordaily’s access to your Zoom account, and we delete the Zoom access tokens we stored for you. If you would also like the data associated with your account deleted, follow the steps in our data deletion instructions.
