What is Ordaily?
Ordaily is an AI assistant for your inbox and admin: every few minutes it reads your email, sorts each message as Urgent, Priority, or Follow-up, and drafts replies in your tone for anything that needs one. It also handles calendar, tasks, WhatsApp alerts (on higher plans), and a Second Brain that remembers your business. Nothing sends without your approval unless you explicitly opt a specific sender in.
How does billing work?
Ordaily is a subscription, and payments are handled through PayFast. Monthly plans are billed each cycle and run until the end of the current cycle. Your plan tier determines how many email accounts and which features you get.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won’t be billed again after that. Refunds are handled case-by-case — see our Terms of Service for the details. Before you go, you can ask us to export everything Ordaily has learned about your business, including your Second Brain.
