An AI executive assistant for founders

Ordaily is an AI executive assistant built for founders. It takes the admin layer off your plate (the triage, the scheduling, the follow-ups, the “quick” replies that eat the afternoon) and runs it from WhatsApp, so you deal only with the decisions that actually need you. It drafts in your voice, books your meetings and briefs you every morning, and it never acts without your approval.

The founder’s real problem: the day never belongs to you

You didn’t start a business to manage an inbox. But the average professional is interrupted 275 times a day, handles around 117 emails a day, and loses close to three days a week to “work about work”: the coordinating, chasing and status-updating that isn’t the work itself. For a founder wearing every hat, that’s the whole week.

What it does

A good EA doesn’t just answer: it acts

Triages your inbox

Into Urgent, Priority and Follow-up, and only interrupts you when it matters.

Drafts in your writing voice

Ready for a one-tap approval. It never sends without you.

Guards your calendar

Books meetings, and turns transcripts into summaries, action items and follow-up drafts.

Briefs you at 06:45

Your day, your inbox, and what needs you, as a message — or a voice note on Premium.

Scales with you

Premium adds pre-meeting briefs, invoice drafting and more connected inboxes; Enterprise is scoped with you.

Runs through approval

Everything is proposed for your yes, and you can disconnect any tool at any time.

Why WhatsApp, not another dashboard

Founders don’t need one more app to check. Ordaily lives in WhatsApp (the app you already have open) so it reaches you instantly and you reply in seconds, by text or voice note. There’s a full dashboard too, if you want it, but you never have to open it.

It sits on top of your existing stack

Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive on every plan, connected directly through Google OAuth. Fireflies connects with an API key you provide. A Microsoft sign-in exists, but it requests no mail and no calendar access, so Outlook email and Microsoft Calendar are not read, drafted or managed. You keep working exactly as you do now. Ordaily just adds the layer that reads across your stack and acts where it counts.

Questions

Can it really write like me?
It drafts replies in your own writing voice for your approval: you review before anything sends.
Is it autonomous?
Only where you allow it. By default it proposes and you approve. Enterprise adds a Cloud Agent for scheduled long-horizon tasks, still within the guardrails you set.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Sign in with Google, connect your inbox and calendar, and it is running in about 90 seconds.
What does it cost?
Launch pricing, locked for 12 months: Standard R999/mo, Premium R2,500/mo, Enterprise is priced per request — talk to us (then R1,500 / R3,500 for Standard and Premium). Billed in ZAR; USD guide $60 / $150 for Standard and Premium.

Illustrative: a founder gets the 06:45 brief, sees three Urgent emails already drafted, approves two and edits one, and books a meeting by replying to the calendar suggestion, before the first coffee. (Illustrative; not a real account.)
