AI assistant for estate agents

Last updated

Ordaily is your PA in WhatsApp, built with AI, for estate agents: while you are at viewings it sorts buyer and seller email, drafts your replies, books viewings into your calendar, and sends nothing until you say yes. A whole PA for about R1,000 a month, in WhatsApp. It isn’t an AI agent that acts for you: it gathers the admin, organises it and helps you deal with it, and you decide what goes out.

A day spent in the car and at viewings

Your working day happens away from a desk: viewings before lunch, a valuation in the afternoon, a show day on Sunday. Meanwhile the email keeps arriving: buyers asking about a listing, sellers wanting feedback after a viewing, a conveyancer who needs a document from you, a bond originator with a question.

Most of it can only be answered properly once you are back at the laptop, and by then a buyer who wrote at ten has heard nothing all day. Replying on your phone between appointments works, but it is slow, and details slip.

Ordaily lets you deal with it from the car park, by voice note, and shows you everything before it goes.

A morning with Ordaily

  1. 1
    Before you leave home

Your briefing arrives on WhatsApp as a voice note: three viewings, a valuation at 2, a buyer email marked urgent, and your reminder that an offer expires on Friday.

  2. 2
    From the car park

Parked outside the second viewing, you send a voice note: “Tell the Mokoenas Saturday at 11 works for the second viewing, and put it in my calendar.”

  3. 3
    Checked before it goes

Ordaily drafts the email in your style and the calendar invite, and shows you each one on a confirm card: who it goes to and exactly what it says.

  4. 4
    Booked and sent

You say yes. The email leaves your own Gmail and the viewing is in your calendar with the invite sent, with 30 seconds to undo if you spot a mistake.

Illustrative; not a real account.

What Ordaily does for estate agents

Enquiries sorted while you are out

Buyer, seller and portal enquiries that reach your Gmail, sorted into urgent, priority and follow-up, with a WhatsApp alert when one is marked urgent.

Replies from the car

Say what you want to send in a voice note. It writes the email in your voice, attachments included, and shows it to you before anything goes.

Viewings in your calendar

Book, move and cancel viewings and valuations in Google Calendar, with invites to buyers and sellers sent on your yes.

Dates you set

Reminders for offer expiry dates, show days and transfer milestones, one-off or repeating, set by text or voice note.

A briefing you can listen to

Your morning briefing as a voice note, text or PDF, and a Sunday week-ahead to plan your show days around.

Find a contact by name

Ask for someone’s email address by name, so you can write to a buyer or a conveyancer without searching your inbox.

Two mailboxes

Standard covers two Gmail mailboxes, so your agency address and your own can both be sorted.

Ask it the way you would ask a PA

You ask, it drafts, you say yes, it sends. Your own reminders and to-dos are set straight away.

  • “Email the conveyancer and ask when the transfer will be lodged.”

It writes the email in your style; you say yes; it leaves your Gmail.

  • “Move my 3pm viewing in Rondebosch to Thursday at the same time.”

It moves the viewing in Google Calendar and sends the buyers the new time when you say yes.

  • “Remind me on Friday to send the sellers their viewing feedback.”

The reminder is set at once and arrives on Friday.

What Ordaily doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t connect to property portals or your agency’s CRM. Portal leads reach it only when they arrive in your Gmail.
  • It doesn’t answer phone calls, so a buyer who rings still reaches you.
  • It doesn’t post or update listings, and it doesn’t reply to an enquiry on its own: every reply waits for your yes.
  • It doesn’t prepare offers to purchase, mandates or other property documents.
  • It doesn’t watch your agency’s WhatsApp groups yet; WhatsApp groups are coming soon.
  • It doesn’t work with Outlook yet; Outlook and Microsoft Calendar are coming soon, and today it uses Gmail and Google Calendar.

What it costs

A whole PA for about R1,000 a month, in WhatsApp. Ordaily costs about R1,000 a month: Standard is R999 a month in early access, locked for 12 months, then R1,500 a month, and you can cancel any time. By comparison, a human PA in South Africa costs about R15,000–R33,000 a month (sources below). The full comparison: PA or AI assistant? The real cost in South Africa.

Questions

Can Ordaily reply to property portal leads for me?
It can draft a reply to any enquiry that reaches your Gmail, in your style, and send it when you say yes. It doesn’t connect to the portals themselves, and it never replies on its own.
Can I book a viewing from the car?
Yes. Send a voice note or a message with who, where and when. Ordaily puts the viewing in Google Calendar and sends the invite once you say yes.
What about my agency’s group chats on WhatsApp?
Not yet. WhatsApp groups are coming soon: Ordaily will watch your groups silently, never post, and tell you privately when you are mentioned.
Will it answer calls from buyers and sellers?
No. Ordaily doesn’t answer phone calls. It handles your email, your calendar, your reminders and your to-dos, from WhatsApp.
Can it remind me about show days and offer deadlines?
Yes. Tell it the date and it sets the reminder straight away, one-off or repeating. It can also put a show day in your calendar, and the morning briefing lists what is due.

Spend the day at viewings, not in your inbox
