An AI assistant for your profession

Last updated

Ordaily is an AI PA, your PA in WhatsApp, built with AI: it gathers all your admin, organises it, helps you deal with it, and sends only when you say yes. It isn’t an AI agent that acts for you; it gives you time back without taking control away. A whole PA for about R1,000 a month, in WhatsApp. Below is what that looks like in your line of work.

AI assistant for therapists and counsellors

Between sessions, Ordaily sorts client email, drafts careful replies in your voice and keeps your diary in Google Calendar. Client emails can contain health information, so read the data note below before you connect a mailbox.

  • “Email the new enquiry and offer Tuesday afternoons.”
  • “Remind me on the first of each month to book supervision.”

AI assistant for dentists, doctors and physiotherapists

In private practice the admin lands between patients: referral letters, suppliers, locum cover, CPD. Ordaily sorts the email that reaches your Gmail, drafts replies and books meetings, but it doesn’t connect to practice-management or medical-aid billing software. Patient emails can contain health information, so see the data note below.

  • “Email the lab and ask when the crown for Mrs Petersen will be ready.”
  • “Move my 3pm consult to Thursday.”

AI assistant for estate agents

Ordaily sorts buyer and seller email while you are at viewings, drafts replies from your voice notes, and books viewings into Google Calendar with the invite sent on your yes. It doesn’t connect to property portals or your CRM.

  • “Email the bond originator and ask for an update on the Smith application.”
  • “Remind me on Sunday morning to put up the show day boards.”

AI assistant for attorneys

Urgent client email is flagged on WhatsApp while you are in court, replies are drafted for you to check word by word, and reminders are set for the dates you give it. Client correspondence is confidential, so read the data note below; Ordaily doesn’t connect to practice-management or trust-account software.

  • “Email the other side’s attorneys and confirm Tuesday’s meeting.”
  • “Remind me on the 14th that the plea in the Botha matter is due.”

AI assistant for accountants and bookkeepers

Ordaily drafts the requests for missing documents, sorts client email by what needs you first, and keeps repeating reminders for monthly and yearly deadlines. Xero or QuickBooks is coming soon on Premium.

  • “Email the Naidoo family and ask for their IRP5s.”
  • “Remind me on the 1st of every month about the payroll submissions.”

AI assistant for consultants and coaches

Client email answered in your voice, sessions and workshops booked and moved from WhatsApp, and Fireflies meeting notes and action items to hand after a call. A morning briefing tells you which client emails need you before your first meeting.

  • “Forward Thabo the workshop agenda that Anna sent this morning.”
  • “Move my 3pm coaching call to next Tuesday.”

AI assistant for financial advisers and insurance brokers

Client review meetings booked and moved from WhatsApp, product-provider email sorted into urgent, priority and follow-up, and replies drafted in your voice. Ordaily doesn’t connect to your CRM or to product-provider platforms, and it gives no financial advice.

  • “Email Mrs Botha and ask which day suits her for her yearly review.”
  • “Remind me on Friday to send the renewal quote to the Patel family.”

AI assistant for recruiters

Candidate and client email sorted, interviews booked into Google Calendar with invites and a Meet link, and replies drafted in your voice for you to approve. Ask for a candidate’s email address by name when you need to write to them.

  • “Email Naledi and ask if she can interview on Wednesday at 2.”
  • “Move my 3pm interview with Kyle to Thursday morning.”

Every ask works the same way: you ask, it drafts, you say yes, it sends. Your own reminders are set straight away.

A note on health information and confidentiality

Patient and client emails can contain health information, and legal correspondence is confidential. Ordaily is Built for POPIA and hosted in Johannesburg. AI processing and WhatsApp delivery use international providers; the AI providers are Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (voice transcription, voice synthesis and search indexing) and ElevenLabs. Your content is never used to train AI.

Read how approvals and your data work and the privacy policy, and check what suits your practice before you connect a mailbox.

Questions

Does Ordaily connect to my practice or industry software?
No. Ordaily works from your email, calendar, Slack and ClickUp: Gmail (two mailboxes on Standard), Google Calendar, Slack, ClickUp, and Fireflies for meeting notes. It doesn’t connect to practice-management, CRM, property-portal or accounting software. Coming soon: Outlook and Microsoft Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Drive, Otter and Fathom, and on Premium, Xero or QuickBooks and Salesforce or HubSpot.
Is Ordaily an AI agent that acts for me?
No. Ordaily is your PA: it gathers your admin, organises it and drafts what needs doing, and nothing that goes to someone else is sent until you say yes. Your own reminders and to-dos are set straight away.
Is it suitable for health and legal work?
That is for you to decide for your practice. Ordaily is Built for POPIA, hosted in Johannesburg, and never uses your content to train AI. AI processing and WhatsApp delivery use international providers, which the privacy policy names.
What does it cost?
Standard is R999 a month in early access, locked for 12 months, then R1,500 a month, and you can cancel any time. A human PA in South Africa costs about R15,000 to R33,000 a month (Regenesys; Pnet 2025 salary guide).

What it connects to: integrations. The cost in full: PA or AI assistant? The real cost in South Africa.
