Ordaily vs BotFast

Last updated

By Josh Mac Donald, founder of Ordaily

Ordaily and BotFast are both AI assistants you message in WhatsApp, but Ordaily is an AI PA (personal assistant) for one owner’s Gmail, Google Calendar, reminders and morning briefing that waits for your yes on every email and invite, at R999 a month in rand, while BotFast links to your own WhatsApp, reaches into 60 or more tools and asks for a single tap on critical actions, from US$9 a month. Both live in WhatsApp, and both can draft your email and manage your calendar. The difference is reach against guard rails: BotFast connects to many business tools, and Ordaily keeps a shorter list of tools with a confirm card on every send. Here they are row by row.

Which should you choose?

BotFast is the better fit if…

you want one assistant in WhatsApp that reaches into many business tools, such as Notion, HubSpot, Linear or Stripe, and you are happy to confirm only the critical actions. Its plans start low, in US dollars, and grow with the credits you use.

Ordaily suits you if…

you run your own admin on Gmail and Google Calendar and want every email and invite to wait for your yes, with time to undo. It sends nothing without your yes, sends you a morning briefing as text, a voice note or a PDF, keeps your reminders and to do lists, and costs one flat price in rand.

Questions

What is the difference between Ordaily and BotFast?
Ordaily and BotFast are both AI assistants you message in WhatsApp, but Ordaily is an AI PA (personal assistant) for one owner’s Gmail, Google Calendar, reminders and morning briefing that waits for your yes on every email and invite, at R999 a month in rand, while BotFast links to your own WhatsApp, reaches into 60 or more tools and asks for a single tap on critical actions, from US$9 a month.
Do I need a new app for either one?
No. BotFast links to your own WhatsApp through Linked Devices: you give your number, scan a QR code and start chatting. Ordaily also lives in WhatsApp; you sign up online, connect your Google account and message it by text or voice note.
Will either one send an email without asking me?
Ordaily never does: every email and invite waits on a confirm card for your yes, and you have 30 seconds to undo after you approve. BotFast asks for a single tap on critical actions, which its site lists as sending external emails, deleting records and scheduling meetings with new people.
Which one connects to more tools?
BotFast. Its site names Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Linear, Stripe and Google Workspace, and says 60 or more tools in all. Ordaily connects to Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, ClickUp and Fireflies today.
